FORMS OF PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover through Shopify and payments with Paypal. All prices are in $USD.
The privacy of your name, email or shipping address is respected and is not distributed.
All items will be shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders will be processed within 1-5 business days of placing your order. Upon order, you will be sent a confirmation email and a separate email once the order has been shipped.
Customer is responsible for any custom charges, duties or taxes charged to them by their country.
**If you choose to ship your order with standard shipping, your order will not be insured and a refund will not be issued for lost, unclaimed or undelivered mail.**
Please note: Once the order is sent out, it is in the hands of USPS. If you would like information on the location of the shipment, please contact USPS with your tracking number. Keep in mind that a package without a tracking number cannot be tracked. You can also track your package by entering your tracking number in the USPS website.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for incorrect shipping addresses. Your order is shipped to the address provided upon ordering. We will not issue refunds for your order due to incorrect address.
We do our best to photograph the products as accurately as possible. Please keep in mind that colors may appear differently according to your computer screen.
In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we can refund or exchange the item. The item must be unused and in sellable condition with the original packaging. Inquiries for returns/exchanges must be sent within 2 business days of receiving your order.
If you choose to return the item, only the cost of the product will be refunded, not the return shipping. After you have shipped the item back to us, we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
If you choose to exchange the item, you are responsible for the shipping costs to send it to us and for us to ship the new item to you. If you are shipping internationally, we are not responsible for any taxes or duties incurred when the package returns to us.
If an item arrives damaged due to USPS transit, please contact us with photos to file a claim with the post office. This only applies to insured shipments.
Gift certificates, sale and seconds items and custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three days days.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
14 day return/exchange/credit policy will apply in either case.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Baskets, Totes, Day Packs, Zip Pouches: Spot cleaning or dry clean. Wrinkles can be ironed out on cotton/steam setting.
Pillows: Remove insert and spot clean or hand wash with cold water and hang dry. Wrinkles can be ironed out on cotton/steam setting.
Planters: Spot clean.
