The privacy of your name, email and shipping/billing address is respected and is not distributed.

S H I P P I N G :

All orders are shipped through United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders will be processed within 1-5 business days of placing your order. Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from Shopify, and a separate email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please keep in mind that the customer is responsible for any custom charges, duties or taxes charged by their country.

If you choose to ship your order with standard shipping, your order will not be insured and a refund cannot be issued for lost, unclaimed or undelivered package. If you wish to insure your order, please specify this upon placing your order.

Once the order is shipped, it is in the hands of USPS. If you would like information on the location of the shipment, please check USPS website with the tracking number provided in your email.

We cannot take responsibility for incorrect shipping addresses. Your order is shipped to the address provided upon ordering. Refunds and exchanges are not issued for orders due to incorrect addresses, so please double check your shipping address before completing your order.

R E T U R N S  +  R E F U N D S :

We do our best to photograph the products as accurately as possible. Please keep in mind that colors may appear differently according to your computer screen.

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we can refund or exchange the item(s). The item(s) must be unused and in sellable condition with the original packaging. Please contact us with return/exchange inquiries within 5 business days of receiving your order and upon approval, we will provide the return shipping address.

If an item is arrived damaged due to USPS transit, please contact us with photos so we can file a claim with USPS. This only applies to insured shipments. 

If you choose to return the item, only the cost of the product will be refunded, not the return shipping. After the item has been shipped back to us, we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Please obtain a tracking number for the item from your shipment provider.

If you choose to exchange the item, please keep in mind you are responsible for the return shipping and for us to ship the new item to you. If you are shipping internationally, we are not responsible for taxes or duties incurred with return shipment.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received the item and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

Upon approval, a refund will be sent to your original method of payment within three days. You will receive an email notification from Shopify or Paypal, whichever methods you used.

All sales of sale + seconds items or sales made with gift certificates are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

G I F T S :

If you received the item as a gift (marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you) and you wish to return it, we will send you a gift credit for the value of your return. Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the item and we will provide the return shipping address. Once the returned item is received and approved, we will email you a gift certificate code.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

P E N D I N G   R E F U N D S :

If your refund has not shown up in your credit card statement, we recommend contacting your credit card company and/or bank first. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.

After you have done this and you still don't see your refund, please contact us and we will check with Shopify customer service to get updates.

P R O D U C T   C A R E :

Before washing or applying any soap or water, try to brush off any dirt. Canvas is a tightly woven fabric so much of the dirt can just be brushed off. If dirt of liquid has penetrated the fabric, spot clean with warm water and mild soap. Baking soda and water works well on natural canvas. Wrinkles can be ironed out using cotton/steam setting.
